So once again maybe it wasn’t such a bad year after all! The number of tests taken was not as high as in previous years due to us being in lockdown earlier in the year and the continued effects of the worldwide coronavirus pandemic. However, what we lacked in quantity, Jeff’s Driver Training pupils made up for in quality.
In an absolutely superb effort, out of 4 manual tests, all 4 passed, so 100%, the second year in a row the manual pass rate has been 100%. It really does not get any better than that! Auto pupils also put in a fantastic performance with 5 passes from 6 tests, so an 83% test pass rate. The only pupil who narrowly missed out first time around, bounced straight back a few months later to pass at the second attempt.
Therefore, overall the test pass rate for Jeff’s Driver Training pupils during 2021 was 90%, with a fantastic 100% of pupils taking tests throughout the year gaining a full driving licence to drive either manual or automatic cars.
Compare this with a national average of under 50% and I am proud of the way my pupils have performed on their tests. This along with an average number of minor driving faults of just over 5 is testament to their commitment to take on board my advice and instruction to reach such high standards.
Well done all my pupils in the class of 2021, and a Happy New Year to everyone from me, Jeff, at Jeff’s Driver Training.
